We're a small family farm on the Ginge Brook, and we've been doing this one thing properly since 1999.

Our rainbow trout are reared in spring-fed chalk water, a few miles downstream from the source. No sea cages, no long lorry journeys. You can stand at the lake, catch your lunch, and eat it an hour later in our picnic area.

Bring the kids. Bring your dog. Bring a BBQ.

Give us a ring before you visit — we're a working farm, so hours move with the seasons.
