How it works...

All ages and abilities — a genuinely easy first-time fishing spot.
Open all year round.
Bring your own BBQ, food and drink; there's a picnic area.
You pay per fish caught and we can process it for you at the farm.

Dogs are welcome!

  • Ring first — 01235 820500 or 07887 513019, so we know to expect you.

  • We kit you out — rods and bait available or you can bring your own.

  • We can give you a hand getting started if you want one.

  • We prepare your catch — gutted and cleaned, ready for the pan.

  • Eat it there or take it home — bring a BBQ and use our picnic area.

Our catch-your-own lake is well stocked with rainbow trout and set up for absolute beginners as much as seasoned anglers. Entrance per rod is £5 and bait is available, and we'll show you what to do. You pay for what you catch, as you go.
